The only issue I have had which has just caused a bit of confusion is that my partner has had a negative result, while I have had positive. I did speak to the healthcare assist Jill and she just recommended that we both receive treatment again and that it may not have shown up on his test.

I didn’t feel comfortable with the nurse who was attending to me. I felt she was rude and judgemental as she looked disgusted as I was explaining my issue. I had explained to the reception (who was lovely) that it was my first time accessing brook and that I was in fact quite nervous however this lady clearly didn’t get the message and was excepting me to know things that I didn’t know the answers too. This altercation left me feeling very upset and overwhelmed.

Give nurses the training and skills they need to talk to young people when they are going through something they never have experienced before.

The lady at reception was super sweet and she explained everything well since it was my first time there. The bathroom was very clean and I had everything done quite quickly.
